Germany Student Visa Process
✅ Start Early
- Apply at least 6 months before your intended start date.
✅ APS Evaluation
- Submit documents to Akademische Prüfstelle (APS) for verification.
✅ University Offer Letter
- Wait 2–3 weeks for processing (may vary by university).
✅ Pay Tuition Fees
- Pay one year’s tuition upon receiving the offer letter.
✅ Arrange Living Expenses
- Deposit sufficient funds in a Block Account.
✅ Insurance
- Purchase travel insurance and health insurance.
✅ Visa Application (Online)
- Complete the online visa application form.
✅ Submit Documents & Biometrics
- Submit visa application, passport, supporting documents, and 3 passport-size photos at the VFS center.
- Complete biometrics as per appointment.
